We’re hiring a Growth Lead to help us build a product that patients trust in the moments that matter and define the next generational consumer healthcare business.

Why this role matters

The best product in the world doesn't matter if the people who need it most (the exhausted caregiver, the scared oncology patient) don't know it exists. You are the bridge between a life-changing product and the communities that desperately want it.

In this role, your work directly translates to real-world impact: you will prove our user acquisition engines work, and you will set the DNA of our growth culture.

You will report directly to our co-founder, Arpan Parikh.

What you will be building at Kin:

  • Own D2C Growth & Acquisition: Drive the strategy and execution to get Kin into the hands of the "Sandwich Generation" and oncology patients. You will manage our organic community strategy across Reddit and Facebook groups, leading with empathy and utility rather than spam.
  • Architect the Growth Stack: Set up, track, and obsess over our core metrics. You'll build the dashboards that monitor our activation rates, Day 30 retention, and CAC ceilings, identifying drop-offs and relentlessly optimizing our funnels.
  • Run High-Velocity Experiments: From testing hyper-local geo-fenced ads around our LA pilot clinics to launching our "Kin Ambassador" program, you will design, deploy, and analyze growth experiments weekly.
  • Drive Content Generation: Act as the creative engine for Kin’s brand. You will either directly create or liaise with agencies to produce compelling assets, from batch-producing "Founder Story" videos to iterating on ad creatives and SMS/Push notification loops.
  • Provide B2B2C Leverage: Partner with our co-founder to conquer the ground game. You’ll help manage the logistics of our clinic rollout, iterate on physical collateral (like our "Appointment Prep Cards"), and eventually build the remote-onboarding kits to scale our clinic presence digitally.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a relentless, "full-stack" growth hacker who thrives in the zero-to-one phase of a startup. You should know how to build the dashboard, launch the campaign that feeds it, and write the copy for the ads.

  • Zero-to-One D2C Experience: You have a proven track record of taking early-stage consumer products from 0 to 10k users. You know how to operate effectively before massive budgets are unlocked.
  • A "Player-Coach" Builder Mentality: You are highly strategic but deeply tactical. You are equally comfortable writing a board deck slide on cohort prioritization as you are writing empathetic replies to caregivers in a Reddit thread.
  • Deep Analytical Chops: You are obsessed with CAC, LTV, activation rates, and compounding loops. You know how to set up attribution and tracking, and you use data to kill losing experiments quickly and pour gas on the winners.
  • High Empathy & EQ: We are marketing a product to people navigating the scariest moments of their lives (cancer diagnoses, aging parents). You must possess the emotional intelligence to market with extreme empathy, utility, and tact.
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You have a toolkit of growth hacks, no-code tools, and automation skills. You know how to build a landing page, set up a Zapier automation, or launch a paid test without waiting for engineering support. You will be hands-on-keyboard alongside the founding team to start, with amazing opportunity to grow and build a team as the business scales.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in health-tech, consumer subscription, or managing B2B2C channel partnerships.
