What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - Landscaping position at Wide Effect?
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage client relationships; serve as primary point of contact
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and cold outreach
- Identify property needs and sell enhancement and maintenance services
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and renewals
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations teams on service delivery and project execution
- Support snow service sales, renewals, and client communication
- Assist with collections and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales or account management experience (landscaping or related field preferred)
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant health, irrigation, and seasonal services
- Strong communication, client management, and sales skills
- Experience with estimating, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
Preferred:
- Experience with landscape estimating software (e.g., Aspire)
- Ability to read site plans/blueprints
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40–65 hours/week depending on season
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
