Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams on labor, materials, and installation sequencing
- Monitor critical path activities, project milestones, and overall progress
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays, and assist with mitigation strategies
- Analyze field data to track productivity, schedule variances, and trends
- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and manpower forecasts for project teams and leadership
- Communicate schedule status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of project scheduling experience in construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
- Experience managing large, multi-phase projects; electrical or data center construction preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence project outcomes
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
