Project Manager - Superyacht

**Requires relocation to the South**

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers, technicians, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate customer needs and develop accurate project scopes, estimates, and schedules.
• Create detailed work orders and provide clear instructions to service technicians.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on time.
• Communicate project updates and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Prepare and process invoices for completed work.
• Collect customer payments promptly and ensure accounts are settled before vessel departure.
• Support company objectives by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines and customer commitments.

Safety Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Complete required safety training and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project coordination, service management, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications are preferred.
• Marine industry experience and basic boat handling skills are a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
