Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between customers, technicians, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate customer needs and develop accurate project scopes, estimates, and schedules.
- Create detailed work orders and provide clear instructions to service technicians.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on time.
- Communicate project updates and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and process invoices for completed work.
- Collect customer payments promptly and ensure accounts are settled before vessel departure.
- Support company objectives by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines and customer commitments.
Safety Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Complete required safety training and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project coordination, service management, or related experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications are preferred.
- Marine industry experience and basic boat handling skills are a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
