We are seeking an experienced Project Executive III to lead large-scale electrical construction portfolios and high-profile projects with significant operational and financial impact. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving project performance, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting long-term business growth across complex construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large, complex electrical construction projects and multi-project portfolios.
- Develop and execute project strategies that align with company objectives, financial goals, and client expectations.
- Drive portfolio performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and operational oversight.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project management and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Influence project delivery methods, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and overall business development efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and project performance.
- Act as the primary escalation point for major project or client issues and lead resolution efforts.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and organizational growth.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and emerging leaders to strengthen succession planning and leadership pipelines.
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and best practices across project teams and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- 16 years of construction management experience, including leadership of large-scale electrical construction projects or portfolios.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with strong financial and operational results.
- Advanced knowledge of construction operations, contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic business objectives.
- Executive-level presence with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
