Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Create, maintain, and track project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain workflow
- Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and resolve issues promptly
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents
- Serve as the primary link between field teams, project managers, and clients
- Keep detailed site records, including daily logs, material usage, and inspections
- Support and mentor field staff to promote a collaborative, accountable site culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
- Demonstrated leadership in managing field crews and subcontractors
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Comfortable using basic project management and scheduling software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
