We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Foreman who brings a team-first approach and a strong commitment to high-quality work.As the Construction Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the work of construction crews across multiple job sites. You will lead your team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A strong understanding of residential construction, renovation workflows, and project sequencing is essential. You will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with team members and management.The ideal candidate has proven experience in supervising crews, strong carpentry and construction skills, and a track record of managing successful projects. Your leadership will directly impact the success of each renovation and the living experience of the residents we serve.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Supervision:Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers, including laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades.Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed according to the project plan and timeline.Provide training and guidance to workers, fostering a productive and safe working environment.Project Execution:Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards.Monitor the progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that may arise.
