A highly regarded New York law firm is looking to appoint a 5th Year Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with experienced partners on sophisticated, middle-market transactions while enjoying genuine responsibility and client exposure.
You'll advise on:
- Secured lending and finance transactions
- Corporate and commercial lending matters
- Corporate securities and capital raising work
- M&A and general corporate transactions
- Private company and institutional client matters
We're looking for:
- Approximately 5 years' PQE (or equivalent US associate class year)
- Strong experience in secured lending and finance transactions
- A solid background in corporate securities work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- A collaborative lawyer who enjoys working closely with partners and clients
