Job Details
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3-5 years of M&A Transactional experience
- Experience with private equity and other equity investments (JV, Corporate Governance, Licensing, Partnership issues)
- Experience/knowledge of securities law, tech, and/fund formation are a PLUS!
