What You'll Be Doing
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and strategic court filings.
- Manage discovery, including ESI, document review, and discovery disputes.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy.
- Build expertise across technology, trade secrets, IP, fintech, and cryptocurrency disputes.

What We're Looking For
- J.D. with 1–4 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Experience in state and federal court litigation.
- Discovery and deposition experience.
- Interest in technology, trade secret, IP, fintech, or cryptocurrency disputes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation
Salary: $155,000–$200,000 DOE
