They are seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to support daily operations. The organization manages leasing, maintenance, resident services, and compliance, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality living experiences and operational excellence.
Job Function
Receive, log, and track all resident requests using Yardi.
Prioritize tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
Schedule and coordinate vendor services, inspections, and preventative activities for the grounds.
General Building Upkeep (Ensuring that Recycles are taken, etc)
Ensure accurate inventory of supplies is maintained and reordered as needed
Ensuring Resident Satisfaction and Operational Efficiency at all times.
Enter and track work orders using internal systems as needed.

Job Requirements
2 years of greeting visitors coming from Hospitality, Entertainment or related field.
Yardi experience preferred, but not required.
