Technology Attorney - Healthcare Comapny

A leading american healthcare company, serving nearly 100 million people through its comprehensive range of medical, pharmacy, and complex care solutions, is seeking a Technology Attorney to join its legal department. In this remote role, you will support the legal management team on a variety of technology-related projects, working directly with procurement in a high-volume practice. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and internal clients to review, draft, and negotiate high-value IT agreements, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs.

Job Function

• Support the legal management team on a variety of technology-related projects.
• Provide legal support to procurement in a high-volume practice focused on technology agreements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate high-value IT agreements.

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience working directly on procurement agreements for high value clients.
