- Own and execute the Americas product roadmap, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and ongoing management.
- Partner with global research teams to identify emerging trends, delivering proactive insights that shape the firm’s competitive positioning.
- In collaboration with the Global Head of Product, prioritize a high-impact product pipeline that balances client demand with operational scalability and profitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership and Board Members, providing the "constructive challenge" necessary to refine decision-making.
- Build robust bridges between Investments, Sales/Client Group, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Maintain a rigorous compliance culture, ensuring all regional offerings meet statutory requirements and uphold the firm’s fiduciary duties.
- 10 years of leadership in product strategy and development within a sophisticated asset management environment.
- Deep fluency in both Public and Private Markets; a strong understanding of the nuances between liquid and illiquid strategies is essential.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining commingled funds, "funds of one," and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) for a diverse Americas client base.
- Familiarity with leveraging industry databases (e.g., eVestment, Preqin, Broadridge) to validate strategy and prioritization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead through complex structuring challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or CFA designations are highly valued.
