Hospitalist NP/PA - Community Hospital

A Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity is available at a welcoming community hospital in Eastern Connecticut. Job Function

• Work 8-hour shifts, averaging 40 hours per week; no block scheduling.
• Cover 2 weekend days per month.
• Complete 20–21 shifts per month, depending on the month’s length.
• Attend to patients on an open ICU floor, ages 16 and up; no procedural responsibilities.
• Respond to codes on the hospital floor as required.
• Perform a mix of administrative duties and patient rounding, with a census of no more than 12 patients.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience.
