- Build and maintain comprehensive databases of institutional investors and market activity.
- Import, clean, and organize large datasets of shareholder information for analysis.
- Monitor and summarize real-time market developments to support timely decision-making.
- Provide analytical support to senior analysts and management through data insights and reporting.
- Contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of research deliverables by ensuring high-quality data management.
- BS degree in Statistics, Finance or Economics degree required.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst with some exposure to the equity markets.
- Must have strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Additional skills in Tableau, SQL, and VBA highly desired.
