- Review cash transactions and reconciliations prepared by fund administrators.
- Assist in the preparation and review of fund, general partner, and co-investor financial statements, including partner capital account statements.
- Analyze and interpret deal documentation for financial reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with fund administrators and communicate necessary information.
- Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds and co-investors.
- 6–8 years of experience, preferably from private equity or a mix of public and private equity backgrounds.
- Experience as an administrator or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is helpful but not required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Allvue is a plus.
