Job Function
- Monitor and support the Certificate of Insurance (COI) program to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Enter and update vendor and insurance data within internal systems and databases
- Upload and maintain insurance policies, claims data, and related documentation in the RMIS
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports from the RMIS for internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update an inventory of insurable assets, including buildings, vehicles, and equipment
- Reconcile and verify asset and insurance data for accuracy and completeness
- Report asset inventory and insurance information to external insurance carriers as needed
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up to resolve issues
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Risk Management team
- 1β3 years of experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, or a related administrative/analytical role
- Experience working with Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and insurance documentation preferred
- Familiarity with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) or similar databases is a plus
- Strong data entry and data management skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to generate reports and analyze data for accuracy and completeness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Highly organized with the ability to track and maintain multiple data sets and records simultaneously
