- Manage calls, greet and assist guests, log visitors into the security system, and coordinate messenger and food deliveries.
- Schedule conference rooms, maintain cleanliness, arrange daily desk seating, and assist space sharers with logistical needs.
- Coordinate with the culinary team for breakfast/lunch meetings and special requests.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies, manage deliveries, ensure equipment is stocked and functional, and provide general administrative support.
- Support planning and execution of events, including the holiday party and annual forum.
- Provide light calendar management for the COO, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle ad-hoc requests from staff and space sharers.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
