- Collaborate with the Compensation Manager and Director of Total Rewards to improve compensation frameworks and policies.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
- Provide recommendations on salary structures, pay adjustments, and internal equity.
- Analyze and resolve complex compensation issues in alignment with regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate compensation data, including job codes, position control numbers, and FLSA classifications.
- Support key compensation processes, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and audits.
- Handle ad-hoc compensation projects and assignments as needed by leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field required.
- 3 years of HRIS experience, specifically with Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
