Job Function
- Provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services within a facility offering primary care, therapy, medication management, group sessions, TMS treatment, and cognitive assessments.
- Split schedule between three days of primary care and two days of behavioral health, all within the same location.
- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 13–20 patients in primary care and 12–15 patients in behavioral health.
- Participate in a 30-day orientation period, beginning with one-hour appointments per patient and gradually building to full volume.
- Utilize the MediTab EMR system for documentation and patient management.
- Follow a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–4:30 or 9–5), with opportunities to earn additional income by taking weekend telehealth visits from home.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality care, supported by weekly reports outlining services provided and progress on key quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient feedback.
- Serve in a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
- Masters degree as BOTH a PsychNP and Family or Adult NP.
- 5 years practice experience as an NP.
- Board eligibility/board certification required.
- License in NJ required at start of employment.
- Spanish (bilingual NOT medical) speaking required.
