A leading multispecialty practice in Essex County, NJ is seeking a dual-certified FNP/Psych NP to join its integrated behavioral health center. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, all within an organization dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Function

• Provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services within a facility offering primary care, therapy, medication management, group sessions, TMS treatment, and cognitive assessments.
• Split schedule between three days of primary care and two days of behavioral health, all within the same location.
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 13–20 patients in primary care and 12–15 patients in behavioral health.
• Participate in a 30-day orientation period, beginning with one-hour appointments per patient and gradually building to full volume.
• Utilize the MediTab EMR system for documentation and patient management.
• Follow a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–4:30 or 9–5), with opportunities to earn additional income by taking weekend telehealth visits from home.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality care, supported by weekly reports outlining services provided and progress on key quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient feedback.

Job Requirements

• Masters degree as BOTH a PsychNP and Family or Adult NP.
• 5 years practice experience as an NP.
• Board eligibility/board certification required.
• License in NJ required at start of employment.
• Spanish (bilingual NOT medical) speaking required.
