Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in urgent care, primary care, or similar clinical settings. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a mobile provider, you will travel throughout the Livingston area to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in their residences. A strong driving record and comfort working independently are essential.
Qualifications:Key Responsibilities
- Provide urgent and primary care services to patients in private homes and assisted living facilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams as needed
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and patient rapport
- Ensure safe and reliable travel between patient locations
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of New Jersey
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (urgent care or geriatrics preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
