- Practice as a direct extension of Atlantic Health
- 100% remote longitudinal primary care
- Established patient panel with continuity of care
- AI-assisted chart preparation and virtual scribe support

- 36 clinical hours per week for full-time providers
- Approximately four patients per hour with ramp-up support
