Investment Operations Manager

A leading $10 billion investment manager is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee data management and performance reporting for a diverse institutional client base. This role will play a key part in supporting complex mandates that include alternative assets, co-investments, and global market instruments, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity for senior investment committees. This is a hybrid role based in Pennsylvania.

Job Function

• Lead the setup and operational management of the new Investment Book of Record (IBOR) platform and all related data systems.
• Manage the monthly closing process and produce precise performance, exposure, and cash flow reports for major institutional clients.
• Coordinate research data (including ESG), onboard new clients, and maintain the highest ethical standards while supporting internal and external inquiries.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1-5 years successfully navigating the operational complexity of institutional asset management (e.g., endowments, pensions, or OCIO models).
• Experience utilizing advanced data analysis tools, specifically mastering Excel and performance attribution software, with practical exposure to deploying or managing a modern IBOR/multi-asset portfolio platform.
