- Prepare and maintain the books and records for private credit funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Calculate and record monthly/quarterly NAVs (Net Asset Values) for funds and investor allocations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, loan activity, interest income, and other portfolio transactions.
- Assist with investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and performance returns.
- Support audits, regulatory filings, and tax reporting by preparing schedules and documentation.
- 3-6 years of experience, mix of public accounting and hands on private credit fund accounting.
- CPA is required.
- Bachelors in Accounting.
