- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for the Americas region.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including California-specific requirements.
- Oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliations.
- Support and coordinate annual 401(k) audits.
- Manage multiple pay schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and off-cycle.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and systems.
- 5 years payroll experience with multi-state & California expertise.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & tax regulations.
- 401(k) administration & audit experience.
- Proficiency in ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar systems.
- Manufacturing or food industry background preferred.
