HR Operations Partner - Manufacturing & Food Industry

Job Function

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for the Americas region.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including California-specific requirements.
• Oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliations.
• Support and coordinate annual 401(k) audits.
• Manage multiple pay schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and off-cycle.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and systems.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years payroll experience with multi-state & California expertise.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & tax regulations.
• 401(k) administration & audit experience.
• Proficiency in ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar systems.
• Manufacturing or food industry background preferred.
