HR Operations Manager

WCS is seeking a Manager, HR Operations for a hybrid role in New York, NY. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting senior HR leadership with the development and execution of Total Rewards strategies while overseeing the daily administration of compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will help drive initiatives that foster a competitive, engaging, and performance-oriented workplace culture.

Job Function

• Support senior HR leadership in developing and executing Total Rewards strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure all Total Rewards programs align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Total Rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Union experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
