- Conduct daily inspections of workspaces to identify maintenance, repair, or upgrade needs, coordinating with vendors and building management.
- Manage and track facilities supplies, vendor accounts, service contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Log, track, and update facility requests through the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Support event setup logistics, office moves, renovations, and special projects in collaboration with the events team.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, MEP, and building management systems, resolving issues independently or with vendors.
- Create detailed incident reports, maintain records of facility activities, and monitor vendor performance.
- Partner with Facilities Manager and building staff to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning workplace.
- 2 years of facilities experience in a corporate office environment (larger firms preferred).
- Basic technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP, lighting control, and building management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- BA or BS preferred but not required.
