Summary
Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and develop client relationships, manage recruitment processes, and mentor a team of recruiters. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving placement and revenue goals within assigned verticals.
Job Function:- Build and maintain client relationships within assigned verticals.
- Source, qualify, and present candidates for direct hire roles.
- Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding placement and revenue goals.
- 3-4 years of agency recruiting experience (full desk preferred).
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
