- Building relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Managing complex searches and providing market insights to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.
- Driving revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.
- 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience, with a focus on physician or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
