- Lead and grow a team of junior recruiters and account managers.
- Manage client relationships and expand strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership to build scalable processes and business units.
- Work toward MD and Partner-level ownership with profit-sharing upside.
- Act as a cultural contributor and mentor within the firm.
- Experience managing orscaling a recruiting function or vertical.
