Director Of Revenue Cycle

A large Cardiology practice in Philadelphia is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle to join them and oversee all revenue cycle operations for 30 locations. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity with a M-F schedule and the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The Director of Revenue Cycle will report to the CFO.

Job Function

• Provide executive oversight of the full financial lifecycle of patient services across a large, multi-site cardiology group, ensuring accurate capture, submission, and recovery of revenue.
• Improve overall financial performance by analyzing operational data, identifying breakdowns in workflow, and implementing process enhancements to reduce denials and accelerate cash flow.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a sizable revenue cycle team while partnering closely with senior leadership to report on financial health and performance trends.
• Maintain regulatory integrity and payer alignment by ensuring adherence to healthcare reimbursement rules and proactively addressing reimbursement challenges.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Masters Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related.
• 5 years of leadership experience within revenue cycle operations.
• Thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement and denial management processes.
