- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical services, residential programming, and care transitions to ensure coordinated, high-quality treatment for youth.
- Lead and develop clinical and residential leadership teams, including supervision, hiring, performance management, and staff development.
- Partner with psychiatric, medical, and operational leaders to strengthen treatment planning, staff training, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the facility.
- Drive program quality and regulatory readiness by implementing evidence-based practices, monitoring outcomes, supporting family engagement, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.
- LCSW, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
- 3 years working in a residential environment.
- 3 years working with adolescents.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
