Director Of Finance - Healthcare Company

Our client, a renowned Children’s Specialized ABA Program in Hackensack, New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Finance. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning, ensuring the program’s financial health and long-term sustainability.

Job Function

• Maintain full CFO responsibilities for a growing healthcare company, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, growth, and scalability.
• Supervise Payroll, AP, and AR operations.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Develop and present financial and executive reports to the C-suite.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic business expansion initiatives.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 8 years of finance and accounting experience within the healthcare industry.
• Previous management experience is required.
