Credit Representative

Our client is seeking a Credit Representative, ideally a recent graduate with a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, who is eager to launch their career in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This hybrid role, based in Melville, New York, combines core accounting responsibilities with direct customer interaction to address billing inquiries and resolve disputes. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and establish a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance and accounting.

Job Function

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Update and maintain client account balances.
• Process and resolve chargebacks.
• Collaborate with clients to address billing issues and disputes.
• Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of an internship in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP), or at least 6 months of post-graduate experience in the same.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
