- Manage and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor on accounting and business matters.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and oversight on client engagements.
- Support higher-level accounting, advisory, and consulting projects across multiple service lines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to firm operations and process improvements.
- Review financial information and provide recommendations to support client business objectives.
- Balance client interaction, team leadership, and advisory responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- CPA a must.
- 5 years of public / private accounting experience.
- Experience regularly communicating with clients.
- General knowledge of Assurance and Tax processes.
