Capital Markets Director

Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Director to play a key role in structuring, executing, and managing complex financing transactions while supporting strategic growth initiatives. This individual will work closely with internal leadership, banks, and investors to develop and execute capital markets strategies, analyze financial structures, and drive investment opportunities.

Job Function

• Supporting the originating, structuring, and executing revolving credit facilities, term loans, securitization programs, forward flows, and other debt financings; Supporting AUP. SPV Financial, and Corporate Audits.
• Producing related marketing material, such as information memorandums, bank presentations, investor presentations, etc., as well as negotiating term sheets;
• FX & Interest Rate Hedging.
• Organizing & attending industry, bank & investors presentations, roadshows & conferences as needed; and Monitoring, regulatory reporting, running, and amending transactions through their lives.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience in investment/commercial banking, fintech lending, credit funds, consulting, corporate finance, or rating agencies with structured finance exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, borrowing base determination, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience with structured financial modeling and cash flow modeling in Excel.
• Ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-experts and negotiate transaction terms with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and build strong relationships.
