Our client is seeking an experienced Bids Specialist to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in the proposal process, collaborating closely with team members to deliver winning bids.

Job Function

  • This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new bid opportunities, preparing and coordinating bids, quotes, proposals, and sales plan/GPO Analysis, and interacting with various customers, suppliers, and other team members to create, develop, and maintain accurate and timely bids and quotes.


Job Requirements

  • Recent college graduate with some experience in Excel
  • 3-10 years of experience of administrative, receptionist, and call center experience with Excel experience.
