Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Agency Loan Associate / Vice President to oversee agency operations and loan administration processes. This pivotal role calls for a highly detail-oriented professional with extensive expertise in agency services, loan documentation, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and leadership skills to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all aspects of loan administration. This is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring three days per week in the office.

- Manage the closing of agency deals and ensure timely execution of loan transactions.
- Process daily activity events, including rollovers, funding requests, repayments, letters of credit, and rate changes.
- Submit daily transactions for approval and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Analyze credit documentation and disseminate key credit write-ups.
- Oversee reconciliation of interest and fees related to agency loans.
- Match incoming cash in WIP and manage resolutions of un-reconciled funds and discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or closely related quantitative field from an accredited U.S. school (or equivalent).
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in loans administration.
- Strong Loan IQ skills.
- Experience with web-based systems (Intralinks, Clearpar and DebtDomain)
- Able to use MS-Office with advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
