Greets and assists office visitors; answers the telephone, provides information,
to the appropriate person
Keeps files of all correspondence
Responsible for maintaining petty cash
Develops and keeps a variety of records of departmental activities
Performs follow-up on a variety of items as required for efficient and effective operations
Enter appropriate data into the computer system
Receipt payments from customers
Maintain confidentiality and communicate with tact and discretion
Perform other general clerical tasks, such as typing documents, making and distributing
copies, sending/receiving emails and faxes, processing incoming or preparing outgoing
mail, performing basic maintenance of office equipment, carrying out basic
cleaning/housekeeping tasks associated with maintaining a work area
