Whealth Care Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join us as a Junior Account Manager. This entry-level position is designed for candidates who are ready to develop professional sales, client relations, and account management skills while building a long-term career in the health and insurance industry.
No previous account management or insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop into a successful member of our team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Learn individual client needs and identify appropriate health coverage solutions
- Educate clients on available products and services
- Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication and client follow-up
- Provide continued support to clients
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
