No previous account management or insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, professional mentorship, and a supportive environment where motivated individuals can develop the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist clients with available health coverage options and services.
- Support customers throughout the sales and enrollment process.
- Present product and service information clearly and professionally.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain organized account information.
- Participate in professional development and leadership training.
