FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Part-Time, Day and Night Shift Available, No late nights. Our dining room closes at 7pm.

As a Dining Room Team Member at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests. You’ll provide friendly, courteous, and efficient table service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, values teamwork, and takes pride in high-quality service.
What You’ll Do In This Role
- Greet and seat residents with warmth and respect
- Take and deliver food & beverage orders with accuracy and care
- Keep tables clean, organized, and inviting
- Work as a server, busser, host/hostess, runner, or cashier
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide excellent service
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- All other duties as assigned.

The Experience You’ll Bring
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flu-Vaccinated
- Hospitality or food service experience is a plus—but not required!

In Virginia, pharmacists may administer COVID-19 vaccines under the Virginia Board of Pharmacy’s statewide protocols or with a direct order from a licensed medical provider.
