Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring proper handling of both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking assignments.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking policies, directions, and any special requests.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parking area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in valet parking or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
