Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout the hotel experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
