Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior
Job Summary:
Westfield Quality Care of Aurora is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a weekend warrior schedule. As a RN charge nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our long-term care facility residents while also leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facility
Work 14-hour shifts every weekend, with the option to work one 12-hour night shift during the week
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements:
RN License (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing degree or diploma preferred
