Westfield Quality Care of Aurora, a leading Long-Term Nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team! As a Registered Nurse at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct resident assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska

• 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (recent graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care

Additional Information:

• Salary: $35 - $43 HOURLY
