As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the RN or other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the facility

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN License (Required)

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

• 0 years of experience as an LPN

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
