Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Term: Temporary (3 months), potential for permanent for the right fit!
Pay: $16.50 - $19/hour DOE
What You Will Do:
- Serve as first point of contact for the public
- Answering phones
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Maintaining the appearance of the front office
- Delivering messages
- Managing constituent correspondence
- Oversee intern
- Assist staff with a variety of tasks
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Approaches direction and feedback with a team-focused mindset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate professional & positive attitude
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize new tasks as needed
- Strong time management
