ANNOUNCEMENT OF SERVICE VACANCY
POSITION: Secretary, Peterson Central Elementary School
QUALIFICATIONS: As Per State and County Regulations, those currently employed or on the Secretary Substitute List will be given preference.
DUTIES: 1. Perform general clerical tasks
2. School finance
3. Attendance
4. Student scheduling
5. Updating student records
6. Preparing reports
7. Receiving callers and referring them to proper persons
8. Operate office machines
9. Handling routine correspondence
10. WVEIS duties, as assigned
11. Other duties as assigned by administrators
TERM: 210 Days
SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
SALARY: As provided in West Virginia Code 18A-4-8 and 18A-4-8a
