- Complete monthly reports
- Maintain financial records and purchase orders
- Have working knowledge of computer systems (WVEIS, Word, etc..)

- Oversee departmental telephone operations & receptionist
- Respond to requests for student records
- Typing psychological and diagnostic reports, state & federal reports, departmental correspondence

School Secretary Performance Test must be taken and passed by all applicants not currently employed as a secretary
DUTIES:
TERM: 240 Days
SCHEDULE: 8:00AM-4:00PM
SALARY: As provided in West Virginia Code 18A-4-8 and 18A-4-8a
